I love counseling and speaking life, hope, and love into individuals and families. Life throws us curves and speed bumps, which can be difficult, and the good news is there is hope for healing, wellness, and freedom from the difficulties holding you captive. You are here and have taken the first step toward healing. It is an honor to come alongside you in your journey.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who experience a variety of difficulties, including PTSD, anxiety, trauma, infidelity, addiction, family issues, anger, depression, and addiction. I use different therapeutic approaches depending on each client’s situation, including Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.).
As a veteran, I understand the stresses and issues that military families can face and am uniquely qualified to assist in that healing. I have a heart for helping individuals come to a resolution in their circumstances, and approach that with a Christian non-condemning perspective.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Ministerial Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Hobe Sound Bible College and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
