Tactical Resiliency Process (TRP) & Emotions Management Process (EMP)
Tactical Resiliency Process
The TRP is used primarily for PTS trauma. However, clients suffering from overly intense negative emotions can also benefit from the therapy. This process attacks the trauma injury at the root of the event. Often if we can clear the first and worst trauma injury, it will neurologically sever emotions from the rest of the traumatic memories. This process requires no verbal communication of the traumatic event. When the process is complete, the negative emotions associated with trauma injury are no longer present in a visceral way. Sleep patterns restore, triggers disappear, nightmares diminish, and intruding thoughts are a thing of the past.
Emotions Management Process
This technique is a profound method to reframe negative emotions like anger, fear, sadness, shame, survivors’ guilt, panic disorder, etc. at the root cause of the establishment of the neurological connection with the emotion and an event.
