Jodi is a passionate mental health counselor intern with a heart for helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. Her path to counseling wasn’t a straight line—but every step along the way has added depth to the care she now provides. With degrees in communication (Purdue University Northwest), health communication (Johns Hopkins University), and clinical mental health counseling (Huntington University), Jodi blends a unique mix of science, empathy, and faith into her work. She also has over 15 years of sales experience—most of that in the medical field—where she first fell in love with the brain and how it works.
Jodi specializes in working with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families facing tough stuff like anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relationship struggles. Her style is warm and collaborative, drawing from attachment theory and always centered around what each client needs—including faith or spirituality when it’s meaningful to them.
She’s especially passionate about supporting new moms and families through the ups and downs of pregnancy and postpartum. As a certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C), she’s worked with Postpartum Support International and spoken at PSI events across Indiana and Florida.
