I have worked for more than 15 years with clients focusing on self-sufficiency, attaining personal and professional goals, and achieving outcomes leading to their success. I focus on fostering a relationship of warmth and compassion. In addition, my willingness to actively listen and identify clients’ needs has assisted many to not only visualize the life they desire but obtain it. It is my aim to encourage others to recognize their strengths so they may believe they are capable of remarkable achievements.
My techniques are rooted in relationship-based therapy. This approach highlights your needs and that all individuals have value and are worthy of love and respect. In sessions, we will work as a team to create your goals and have clear plans to make them a reality. I have worked in the foster care system, as a career counselor, and in higher education, aiding students in a variety of settings. My Bachelor of Arts degree is in psychology, and currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic University in Orlando, Florida.
