I am passionate about counseling and feel called to speak life, hope, and love into individuals and families—regardless of the circumstances that bring us together. I believe that real change begins when we are willing to face life’s challenges head-on. My ideal client is someone who comes ready to do just that—embrace the process of healing and growth, even when it’s difficult. Life often throws us curveballs and unexpected detours, but we don’t have to navigate those valleys alone. There is always hope—hope for healing, for transformation, and for inner peace.
I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of concerns including PTSD, anxiety, trauma, infidelity, family conflict, anger, depression, and addiction. My therapeutic style is relational and compassionate. I draw from various evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) and Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM).
As a veteran, I understand firsthand the unique pressures and challenges that military families face. That experience, along with my training and heart for service, allows me to walk alongside clients with empathy and purpose.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Ministerial Sciences from Hobe Sound Bible College and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology at Liberty University to deepen my understanding of human growth and healing across the lifespan.
Grounded in a Christian, non-condemning perspective, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can find clarity, restoration, and direction. Your journey toward wellness matters—and I’m honored to help guide the way.
