Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they're never weakness. Embracing vulnerability allows us to be authentic, connect deeply with others, and grow beyond our fears. It is in these moments of openness that we find true strength and resilience, discovering that courage is not the absence of fear but the willingness to move forward despite it.

More About Me

Now Accepting New Clients

Everything is either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. You get to choose. My goal as for all those who leave a session to feel a sense of empowerment and to grow into who they want to be.

I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida, and I have a master’s degree in Developmental Disabilities with concentrations in Early Childhood and Applied Behavior Analysis, and a master’s degree in Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University.

I am interested in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and strive to help individuals identify and harness their inner strengths. I work with clients that include ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression and more. My theoretical orientation is an integrated approach rooted in Client-Centered Therapy, which respects the client as the expert in their own life, combined with Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on the interaction between events in one’s life, and how beliefs about those events impact one’s feelings and experiences.

Existing clients can manage their appointments from the APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT PORTAL.
New clients can schedule a 15-Minute Phone Consultation with Nicole by reaching out to our offices at (407) 949-0214
